KERFMaster™ was discovered incidentally when a customer needed a blade that not only reduced waste, but also was small enough to fit on his saw. The KERFMaster™ made its debut in 1995 as a specialty call-on-demand blade but its popularity grew quickly and is Spectrum Supply's #2 most requested/ordered blade.

A SHARPER BLADE FOR A SHARPER CUT
These blades are sharpened two ways. First, the blades teeth are grounded into the metal. Second, the teeth are sharpened and polish which allows it to receive a clean, burr free finish. After the teeth are set, the blade goes into a hardening process which makes the teeth last longer, even at sub-zero temperatures.

THINNER TO REDUCE WASTE
These blades are only .022 thick. 12% thinner than .025 blades, and a whopping 37% thinner than .035 blades. These blades are ideal when cutting expensive wood.

Sharp and fast cuts Herb (Auburn,WA) 4/22/2014 6:28 PM I like these blades a lot. I was using wood slicer which are great blades and kind of pricey too. When I found these several years ago, I couldn't believe how sharp and easy and smooth they cut. BUT they dull relatively fast. When they start to wander,they are done and need to be changed. I resaw with them and save the duller ones for general purpose. I buy them 6 at a time to save on shipping.

Better price than a wood slicer Allen (Las Vegas) 2/9/2009 3:52 PM I was using wood slicer blades, but I tried this for $10 less and I got the same quality I expected with my old blade.

Great Blade! Kurt (Mansfield, Ohio) 1/23/2009 5:08 PM I have used a lot of blades in the past to cut veneer. I tried this blade after having problems with a carbide tipped blade. Boy I was amazed! After my second cut, I knew I wouldn't switch to anything else. Great job guys!
