KerfMaster Blades

KERFMaster™ was discovered incidentally when a customer needed a blade that not only reduced waste, but also was small enough to fit on his saw. The KERFMaster™ made its debut in 1995 as a specialty call-on-demand blade but its popularity grew quickly and is Spectrum Supply's #2 most requested/ordered blade.

A SHARPER BLADE FOR A SHARPER CUT
These blades are sharpened two ways. First, the blades teeth are ground into the metal band. Second, the teeth are sharpened and polished which allows it to receive a clean, burr free finish. After the teeth are set, the blade goes into a hardening process which makes the teeth last longer, even at sub-zero temperatures.

THINNER TO REDUCE WASTE
These blades are only .022 thick. 12% thinner than .025 blades, and a whopping 37% thinner than .035 blades. These blades are ideal when cutting expensive wood.

Please note: Although the KERFMaster™ can cut green wood, we do not recommend cutting green wood due to its thickness.
